Senior Project Manager – Apex, NC

The Senior Project Manager position plans, directs, coordinates and budgets activities concerned with the construction of commercial and residential site projects. Participates in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversees its organization, scheduling, implementation, and completion.

Essential Functions

  • Establish project objectives within contract specifications. Confer with company leadership to discuss and resolve such matters as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.

  • Must have a fundamental understanding of trench excavation, trench shoring, trench sloping/benching, water line installation, sanitary sewer line installation and storm sewer installation. (There is a pre-employment knowledge test)
  • Must be able to speak English and communicate effectively with subordinates and superiors.
