About this Project
This fifty-acre subdivision consist of 134 lots, a community amenity center and is located in Wake Forest, NC. Terrahawk was awarded the turnkey civil contract which included mass excavation of over 124,000 cubic yards, over excavation and replacement of over 30,000 cubic yards of non-rippable rock, utilities (water, sewer, storm drain), erosion control, fine grading (streets and lots), retaining walls, concrete curb, stone base, asphalt paving, and widening of Forestville Rd. Notably, Terrahawk consistently managed on-site erosion control to SWPP standards, even though abnormal adverse weather were experienced throughout 2018.
