Terrahawk was pre-qualified and won the turnkey site package for this Construction Manager at Risk project located in Trenton, NC. After winning with the low bid, we offered our value engineering services to decrease the overall site development cost and bring the project within budget. Terrahawk moved over 35,000 cubic yards of soil on-site, imported over 40,000 cubic yards of off-site borrow, installed the on-site water distribution system, installed the sanitary sewer system, installed the storm sewer system, fine graded over 134,000 square yards of sub-grade, imported approximately 13,000 tons of ABC stone and was responsible for all site concrete and paving.
